What is HCG?

HCG DIET PROTOCOL INSTRUCTIONS & GUIDELINES FOR THE 3 PHASES

Phase 1: This will depend on how much weight you need to lose:
Minimum: Day 1 – Day 23 to Maximum: Day 1 – Day 45 :: You can stop any time after you have completed 23 days if you reach your desired weight prior to 45 days.

Phase 2: Maintenance Phase: 14-21 Days :: This is the transition phase where you add fats back into your diet. The restrictions are No Sugar or Starch.

Phase 3: Now – Forever :: You can now add all other foods into your diet. Just weigh yourself EVERY day! Or, if you want to lose more weight, you can start Phase 1 again.
